My sister made it all the way from Texas to celebrate the 4th with Yankees. We headed up to a friend's camp on a New Hampshire mountain. It was beautiful, breathtaking, cold, and yes....rainy.

Kaitlyn really liked the tree. She pretended that the limb was a horse of course.
Jackson found some water guns at the gathering and wouldn't put them down. Other kids couldn't look at the guns without hearing Jackson declare, "MINE!" 
We thought about camping up on the mountain top, but chickened out after it rained 3 times while we were there. Needless to say we were unprepared for the chill and wind that comes on a mountain top. Brrr!
After we returned home, Kelly put wrapped up in a warm blanket to keep warm for the fireworks.
Kaitlyn fell asleep on the front porch during the fireworks. She couldn't take it any more.
Hayden loves fireworks!
If you pop fireworks, neighbors will come on over.
